Collaboration statement
I primarily work on mapping plant species or functional traits with remote sensing data. For this, I use citizen science data, drone data, airborne or spaceborne imagery. Most of my datasets are openly accessible and can be found in data repositories
- at Github
- at Zenodo
- with publications
- or in domain-specific databases like TRY or ecosis.
Please forward any request on data. I am happy to help out! Also with regard to data analysis, including machine learning and computer vision.
